Where are your products printed?
We work with local printing partners in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Canada. Whenever possible, your order is printed close to you to reduce production and shipping times.
Local fulfillment also helps avoid additional import duties. For orders shipped within the same customs region, you generally won't face extra import charges upon delivery. Applicable sales taxes or VAT may still apply at checkout, and international fulfillment may be subject to customs fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to customers worldwide. We work with local printing partners in the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada whenever possible to provide faster delivery.
International shipping times vary by destination, and any applicable shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply to orders shipped outside their local customs region.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at support@iso100club.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production typically takes 1–2 business days. Standard shipping times vary by destination:
- US: 2–5 business days
- UK: 2–3 business days
- Germany, France, Spain, Portugal & Austria: 2–6 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- EFTA: 5–15 business days
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 3–6 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
What materials are your products made of?
Our t-shirts are made using the Gildan Softstyle® 64000, a lightweight, soft-style fabric designed for everyday comfort.
Fabric composition:
- Navy, Royal, White, Black, and Military Green: 100% ring-spun cotton.
- Dark Heather: 35% ring-spun cotton, 65% polyester.
The fabric weighs 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²) and features a classic unisex fit, crew neckline, and a tear-away label. The shirts are made using ethically grown and harvested US cotton and are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Certificate No. 168252, OETI – Institut fuer Oekologie).
Care instructions: Machine wash cold (max 30°C/90°F) with similar colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat. Iron on low heat, avoiding the printed design. Do not dry clean.

Please note: The White color variant may appear slightly off-white rather than bright white.
